Another Crazy Night
Wow, it has been a long time since my last post. Now, I have alot more to do, but I have more time to do it! Yay! Its Columbus day this monday so I do NOT have classes. Hehehe.
SO what do I ahve to do? Two articles for journalism (an editorial and a review) a Philosophy themes essay on why lying is sometimes just, and an english paper on Shakespeare's Sister from Virginia Woolf's book, A room of One's Own.I don’t even have exams except for MATH AND BIO. And my math is SOOOOO easy. My mom wants me to transfer classes nga, kasi I studied it all during 1st year of high school. Plus we are going SO SLOWLY >_> Its frustrating.
Since wala kaming tests, puro oral. Think oral defense everytime we finish a book in English or have a new topic in theater arts. Mayjournal entries pa and themes essays for philosophy. Tapos I write a LOT of articles for journalism and the school paper, even if im not on the school paper. Contributor lang. Actually, I still think the school paper is kinda ewan at sabog.
My tita was right, ang mga Amerikano o mga taong may amerikanong mentality ay hindi nagiisip bago magsalita. They arent that deep. I mean I know some people who care a lot, but it doesn’t seem like they can reallyshow it. In fact, wala pa akong nakikilalang matalino katulad ng mga kaibigan ko sa pilipinas. Guys, that was a compliment XD
I miss my friends!Everytime I see things in UNIS that amuse me, naiisip ko kaagad na maeexpelka sa MC if you did that. For example, everyone chews gum in class, kahit bawal. We even had this exercise in theater arts where you have to ask provocative questions to be more real while acting (ewan, go figure) and my teacher started by asking, does your mom apply your hemarroid cream? And I thought to myself, pucha, walang magtatanong ng ganyan sa Miriam! Hahahaha!!!!
I went to a party yesterday, Friday night. BY chance lang ako naimbita. It was different kasi it was a rented room with a bar. There were no alcoholic drinks though, and I hung out with my friends. We kept seeing people make out and it was freaky kasi these were dudes from MY SCHOOL and girls FROM MY SCHOOL and they were being all over each other. May dirty dancing pa and I’m sorry if I got into details but it was really traumatizing.Ohwell, at least I had fun >_> I even wore blue eyeliner. Leal, masanay ka na sa pagiging pokpok ng mga tao dito XD
Other than that, I’m getting higher grades than I got in Miriam. I keep getting 7s in journalism (highest is 7, 6 is a- 5 is b and 4-downs are bad. 4 is passing) Malabo system nila, so when I get a grade that isn’t seven, tanong ko kaagad sa katabi ko kung ok ung nakuha kong grade. I’m doing Ok in English and great in theater arts. Philo, not so much. Ahahaha. Bio is OK, math is GREAT! And Spanish, well not so much. Pressure kasi only two of us in the 5-man class don’t know Spanish. Iwish I could take french or japanese, but spanish was their only abenisio class ^^;
More updates next week. I will buy 2 cameras on monday! One for me, one for witty. And i hope to get a free printer with it XD
